Warranties
All goods are covered against defects in manufacturer for 12 months.
If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered we will replace them (subject to availability) or you may choose to have a full refund. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, they may be returned to Card Inspirations AS NEW and UNUSED, within 30 days, for a cash/credit refund, less the delivery cost.
Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened.
Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Damage in Transit
If your goods have been damaged in transit to you please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. Damaged goods will be replaced.

Handling Complaints
We will acknowledge the complaint within three working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep the consumer informed about progress.
None of the above processes affects the right of the consumer to take the matter to the Courts or any other complaints resolution body.

Delivery Methods and Times
British Isles orders go by 1st class post, Parcel Force or courier.
International orders are normally sent airmail small packet rate.
Goods will normally be dispatched by Card Inspirations between three and fourteen days from receipt of order but this is not always possible during busy periods.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of any UK order and up to 28 days for delivery of any International order.
If any of the goods are out of stock but due to arrive from the wholesaler within fourteen days we may hold on to your order until these arrive.
Where part of the order is out of stock and may be delayed for more than fourteen days we will dispatch the part of the order that is in stock. If an order is dispatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.
If any of the goods are out of stock and there is going to be a delay of more than fourteen days we will let you know and you can tell us if you want to cancel that part of the order.
Orders placed online are subject to availability and to final acceptance by Card Inspirations. Prices and specification are subject to change without notification. Should there be any changes we will advise you at the time of ordering.

Order Tracking
The customer will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
If customers wish to know the progress of their order they may telephone 01438 717000.
Customers may enquire about their order by e-mail but should allow 48 hours for a reply as the web site mail goes to a different office from the mail order dispatch.

Payment Method British Isles customers
British Isles customers may pay by credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order or cash.
We can accept payment on the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo. If you are paying by card we will debit your card on the day the goods are dispatched.

Prices of goods and delivery shown in the British Isles on-line shop include British VAT (Value Added Tax).

Payment Method International customers
International customers may pay by credit/debit card. We can accept payment on the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo. Where customers pay by card we will debit the card on the day the goods are dispatched. Orders will be charged in GBP (British Pounds) and this will be converted to the customers' local currency by their own bank.
We do not accept any other methods of payment such as bank cheques or electronic transfers as these will cost us a minimum of eight British Pounds in bank charges.

International Tax and Duty
When goods displayed in the International online shop are sent to the Euro area the price shown includes Value Added Tax.
When goods displayed in the International online shop are sent to other countries the price shown does not include tax.
The purchaser is responsible for any import duties and/or tax that may be levied by their own country.

Children
Personal information will not be collected from users we know to be under fourteen years of age, without parental/carer consent.
No orders will be accepted from users we know to be 16 years of age or under. They should to get a parent or carer to order for them.

Validity of Terms
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Card Inspirations web site is hosted in England. English law applies to all orders, transactions and any other activities partaken on or relating to this site.
